On vacation in Northern California while camping in the Klamath
River area at Hamburg and with the help of Klamath Walt, John found some gold while panning. Just a little in the bottom of
a bottle! Continuing on with his vacation, John went off into the West to the "Avenue of the Giants" in the great Redwood
Forest. John was amazed at the gold he had found. By the time he returned home he started feeling sick, really
sick with Gold Fever! Panning, sluicing, drywashing, a 4" dredge, metal detector, he had to have it all.
As time went by Geology became his only interest, reading all the time. Then the history of the Gold Rush. As an artist and
prospector, John's ambition now is to paint the art of the Gold 49'ers
I would like to give my fellow Propectors & Gold Miners the opportunity
to own a copy of Roys Rocker. Thanks to modern day technology, I am able to have posters and giclee's
printed to share with you all. Posters are only $20.00 plus $5.00 shipping and handling in mainland
USA. Alaska and Hawaii just a few bucks more. ROYSROCKER
